I contacted the local real estate office of Century 21 and had the great fortune of talking with Christine Jenkins. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. She is extremely professional, dependable and very helpful. If she said she was going to do something, she followed through. She found a qualified buyer for the house very quickly and the escrow process was seamless. I called her cold from out of town and she got right back to me. As out-of-town home buyers, we needed someone that would stop by the house and address the questions and issues that came up and she always volunteered without us ever needing to ask. “I would recommend Christine Jenkins to anyone, but particularly to those trying to deal with a home sale for parents or others have died or been forced to relocate. CJ's knowledge of local resources is impressive, and if needed she will pull them in to handle whatever is required. In situations like mine, there are often parties who are not directly involved but have a strong interest in the outcome. For example, my siblings were offering questions/comments from afar. CJ dealt graciously and professionally with that situation. She was also very reassuring when she discussed the process with my mother. I suppose it is reasonable to assume that most realtors have a grasp of the basics, but what sets CJ apart is her understanding of the people she's working with.
