This is Bailey Bennett presenting the keys of her new house to her mom, Kara.  The beautiful little firecracker in Kara’s arms is Kelsie.

Together, the Bennetts, Steve and Kara (and Bailey!) and I embarked on quest for a safe place to live, a sound roof over their heads, and a firm piece of ground on which to stand.  From Thanksgiving of 2012 to Valentines Day of 2013, we saw many homes, wrote unsuccessful offers on several, overcame daunting obstacles, endured one frustration after another, survived disappointment and fatigue.  But, give credit where it is due, the Bennetts are creative and tenacious.  Today, I had the pleasure and honor of presenting them with the keys to their wonderful home.

Real Estate just doesn’t get more “real”  than this.
