We are looking for a part-time Real Estate Assistant to work with us at our Century 21 Office near Lake of the Pines, CA. The position will require a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 20 hours a week to be paid bi-monthly. The hourly wage will be $10 per hour during training and $12.50 per hour upon completion of training. The length of the training program will depend upon the skills of the assistant. Mileage from the Century 21 office to worksites will be reimbursed.

What personal and position qualities are we seeking? You should be a self-starter and a closer, someone who grasps the entire assignment and doesn’t quit until it is done. You should enjoy technology and already have some skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, and Photoshop (or other basic photo processing software). You should have a smart phone and be adroit in its use. You should be able to navigate the internet easily and effectively. You need to present yourself well and smartly to the public. You need to be able to write gramatically correct English. You need your own automobile.
If you do not have your own iPad and be skilled in its use, you should be ready and eager to learn mobile communication and computing on the iPad.
