The hourly wage will be $10 per hour during training and $12.50 per hour upon completion of training. The length of the training program will depend upon the skills of the assistant. Mileage from the Century 21 office to worksites will be reimbursed.
Interested candidates should submit a resume that highlights experience and skills relevant to the job description (below) and a cover letter that describes the candidate’s goals and hopes for the job. “Seeking a career in real estate” is not a requirement of the position, so no baloney, please.
Resume and cover letter should be sent via email to [email protected].
When is the deadline for submitting resume and coverletter? January 20, 2012.
When will we make a decision about filling the position? Between January 21 and January 30, we will call you to come in for an interview. We will anounce the selected assistant no later than January 31, 2012
What personal and position qualities are we seeking? You should be a self-starter and a closer, someone who grasps the entire assignment and doesn’t quit until it is done. You should enjoy technology and already have some skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, and Photoshop (or other basic photo processing software). You should have a smart phone and be adroit in its use. You should be able to navigate the internet easily and effectively. You need to present yourself well and smartly to the public. You need to be able to write gramatically correct English. You need your own automobile.
