Bob and CJ Jenkins are realtors with Century 21 Foothill Realty. We serve our customers’ real estate needs in a beautiful northern California area that extends from Loomis/Newcastle in the west, to Colfax/Weimar in the east, from Auburn in the south, to Nevada City in the north. Our service area includes Foresthill, Meadow Vista, Christian Valley, Alta Sierra, Cedar Ridge, Grass Valley, and our own home community at Lake of the Pines. We call this area “The Golden Hills.”

CJ (Christine) is an outgoing, energetic home shopper and matchmaker. She knows the inventory of available homes top to bottom, and when it comes to finding just the right “match” between homebuyers and their dream home, there is no one better. Hey, she’s my darling wife, and I get to brag a bit, don’t I? But don’t be fooled, she is a shrewd negotiator and has excellent skills in marketing.
I am more introspective. I take care of our customers during the nitty gritty aspects of conducting escrow once agreement has been made between buyer and seller. We never, ever, dump the transaction off with a “coordinator” once the “ink” is on the paper. We are with you until closing, and, in fact, we attend all of our closings with our customers. We are there for all the property inspections and coordinate the entire transaction with the small army of inspectors, tradesmen, county officials, mortgage brokers, appraisers, title officers, and the other real estate agents and their clients. We get into the fire with you.
We have one son, Luke, who is currently serving with the Marines in Afghanistan. We have a yellow lab named Dharma who loves to run in the trails and canyons of our “Golden Hills.” Mom lives a few blocks away.
